Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Step 1 – Identify Damaged Area

Locate the broken or cracked hinge area on your cabinet body or door panel.
Usually chipboard or MDF breaks where the hinge screws loosen.

Step 2 – Position the Repair Plate

Choose the right repair plate (White / Black / SS304).
Place the hinge repair plate over the damaged area.
Align the round hole in the plate with your hinge hole position.

Step 3 – Mark & Drill (If Needed)

Mark the screw holes on the cabinet using a pencil.
Drill small pilot holes (optional, for harder wood).

Step 4 – Fix the Plate with Screws

Use the provided stainless steel screws (included in pack).
Secure the plate firmly onto the cabinet body or door panel.
Make sure the plate is flush and tight.

Step 5 – Install Your Hinge
